How to use the Videos

Beginner to Intermediate

This section is designed for you as a beginner to progress to an intermediate level or as a rusty intermediate to start with the beginners 2 & 3 videos and gradually refresh and grow your practice.

If you're a beginner it's important for you to follow the videos from 1 to 3 sequentially. I teach dynamically and remember to allow your self time progress in a paced way. You can grow to intermediate stage. Once you feel its time for more physical challenge you can then upgrade to Package 2 Intermediate to advanced section.

Note: In order to 'fastforward' simply, click once along the timeframe and let the video load and play before clicking again.

Modifications & How to do Segments

  • Important to View 1x 10 min Forward bending and general modifications
  • 1x 10 min Shoulder ,wrist and hip Modifications
  • 1x 5 min How to do Salamba Sarvangasana or shoulder stands & modifications for intermediate students
  • 1x 5 min How to do Urdhva Danurasana or backbends segments for intermediate students
  • 1x 5 min How to do Bhujapindasana in the early stages for intermediate students

"The Knowing Flow" sequences

  • Watch before starting 1x 3min introducing "The Knowing Flow" Beginners Connect Vinyasa sequence
  • 1x 50 minVideo 1 follow once or repeat as many times as you require before moving on
  • 1x 50 min Video 2 practice for approx 3 weeks
  • 1x 50 min Video 3 practice ongoing you will know when your ready for the "Shiva" Intermediate
  • 1x 55 min "The Knowing FlowTM"Shiva Vinyasa sequence level 1 Intermediate is suitable ongoing
  • 118 mins 108 salutes (Surya Namaskara's) to the sun. Salutes can be followed once you have started to build strength and rhythm in your practice. You may only initially start by practicing up to six salutes. Gradually you can build up the amt of salutes practiced each session as your strength and stamina increases.Always finish in Shavasana. Be mindful to listen to you body and stop at the    appropriate time.
  • 1x 7 min Japanese Jikyo Jyutsu an Ancient meridian stretching energizer to be practiced in conjunction with the other videos
  • 1x 15 min Tibetan rites also called the fountain of youth to be practiced in conjunction with the other videos.
  • 4x 5 min Pranayama Breathing techniques to be practiced in conjunction with the other videos.

"The Knowing Flow" Prenatal Bond with your baby sequence

NB: If you are pregnant and throughout your  pregnancy and are able to access further programs only practice "The Knowing Flow" prenatal program, the Pranayama (breathing techniques) .All  Audio's are suitable.

  • 1x 3 min Introduction to "The Knowing Flow" Prenatal Yoga
  • 1x 25 min "The Knowing Flow" Prenatal Bond with Your Baby Sequence you can practice daily from 12 weeks gestation or when it suits your time frame.You can practice as close to your birth time as it suits you. Everyone is different, just listen to you needs.

Intermediate to Advanced

If you're an intermediate or advanced student you will have previous experience at your level. Please start at your relevant level and view introductions, how to do and modifications section where appropriate. All of the programs displayed can be used in a complimentary manner as your practice unfolds. May you   enjoy yourself, you will have lots to do. Remember it's important to listen to the Audios so that you develop on all levels and become more positively aligned and more conscious in each moment.
