This section is designed for you to gain insights about the Ancient Practice of Yoga, or as described by the Ancient sage Patanjali as the science of the soul. Often individuals perceive yoga as practicing the postures or Asanas at a studio once or twice a week to become flexible. Yoga has been practiced for thousands of years and teaches one to look at your whole being recognising you have a body, mind and soul and we are far greater than thoughts in our head and our physical body. Once one begins to balance from within, become more aware and connect with the subtleness of all the aspects of yoga happiness is available to experience in each moment.
