What is Transformational Breathing™?

Transformational Breathing™ is a dynamic, deep diaphragmatic breathing system combined with stretching and toning exercises. The focused methodology consciously charges the body with large amounts of oxygen that quickly increases energy levels and speeds up the metabolism to a high rate to burn excess fat. It also revitalises the body and mind - truly generating transformation.

It is a suitable activity for people of most age groups and fitness levels with a low risk of injury. The exercises are performed on the spot with low impact movements and does not require any equipment.

Transformational Breathing™ is unique and transforms the individual on all levels. It combines ancient yogic breathing techniques, activation of energy along meridian channels, chakra balancing and integration of body- mind awareness to create a calm, yet highly energised state.

Program outline:

The Transformational Breathing Program™ is taught over two consecutive weeks, from Monday to Friday. For the best benefits to be gained the programs are scheduled first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. This promotes efficient functioning of the digestive system.

There are THREE LEVELS of Transformational Breathing™

  • Level 1 Transformational Breathing™ -Skills and technique

  • Level 2 Transformational Breathing™ - Extend

  • Level 3 Transformational Breathing™ -Challenge breathing

The participants are individually monitored with the breathing and exercise system and progressed through the step-by-step program to experience the more challenging aspects.

Once the program is complete participants are assessed again to ascertain progress .The participants will also be asked to continue practise on a daily basis for 15 minutes for sustained and continued results.

Program Structure:

10 x 1 hr classes over two consecutive weeks
Ideal class size is 10-12 participants.
The program can be facilitated at indoors or out door venues.
No eating is requested prior to class.
The program suits all levels of fitness but is not recommended for individuals with high blood pressure.
